A game tour should be booked beforehand, not later than 30 days before starting the tour and obligatory depositation 50% of a daily pack charge. Full prepayment should be done before entry into the country. Standard game tours usually are durable for 3...5 days.

Chase trophies cost:

But not lower than the limit price level affirmed by special decree of the Ukrainian Ministry of Forestry No 65 dated 06.18.1996.

The "service pack" includes:

accommodation in double hunting boxes or small, hotel type, houses;
three meals per day, including – at the client's desire – C. ration for the game;
license or shooting card for each hunter with permission to specified quarry in the declare tour;
permission for import and export of hunting guns and cartridges;
furnishing with hunting guns (smoothbore, rifled) and ammunition;
registration and handing veterinary certificates for quarry export;
transport for the entire game tour with a gamekeeper and driver for a team of hunters of 2 men;
initial chase trophies handling;
cooled room or refrigeratory for keeping quarry till departure;
payment is due in Grivnas according to the rate of the National Bank of Ukraine at the day of payment.

For foreign citizens (not Ukraine) all game license applications due to the territory of Ukraine are processed individually only. This provision is obligatory and connected with formal affirmations in various departments for the following quality and comfortable servicing in the game tours.
